STAGE A
This is a large open space approximately 52'W X 69'L X 28'H, with plenty of lights, a green curtain is available that covers the room, including high ceilings with chandeliers to be use as props. The same space can be use for events, launching of a product, an exhibition or a reception. A small kitchen is part of stage "A", which can be hidden with a divider.

STAGE B
Stage "B" has 3 open spaces set to simulate the interior of a bar( 34W X 34'L X 12'hH), restaurant (29'W X 46'L X 12'H) and a living room, with room for extra lights, camera gear and crew. All 3 spaces are approximately 6,000 sq. feet, including a full kitchen is part of stage"B" good for filming food shows or podcast.

STAGE C
In stage "C"we have a white Cyc,
( 17'W X 19'L X 12'H) a separated area is set up for product photography, this area is constantly growing, and there is soon to be a small green cyc.
Also in stage "C" we are building 2 Podcast studios ready to be rent.

STUDIO RULES

All studio bookings must be confirmed in advance. Double-check your reservation details, including the date, time, and duration of your rental. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any reserved appointments at our discretion if payment has not been made in advance.

Ensure your guests are aware of and follow all studio rules. You are responsible for their behavior. No more than 6 guest per booking. Interested in more than 8 guest? Please feel free to contact us for more info.

Arrive on time and conclude your session as scheduled to respect other users' time. Failure to do so will result in a late fee charge to card on file. Note: Session time is consecutive and cannot be paused. Any changes made upon arrival or during your session that require prep time—such as changing a background color that was not selected during booking or switching a backdrop color mid-session—will be deducted from your scheduled time. Additional time cannot be added unless purchased.

Follow the designated entry and exit procedures as outlined by the studio. Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized individuals.

Use studio equipment and props as instructed and handle them with care. Report any equipment malfunctions or damage immediately to studio staff. Be prepared to cover repair or replacement costs, as outlined in your rental agreement.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace during your session. Clean up thoroughly after your rental period, including props, sets, and any mess created during your shoot. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cleaning fee.

Keep noise levels at a reasonable volume to avoid disturbing neighboring businesses or residents. Be mindful of other clients working nearby

Adhere to occupancy limits as specified in your rental agreement. Inform the studio in advance if you plan to have a larger crew or additional guests.

For our clients' convenience, we provide a restroom and a changing room. However, please note that full hair styling and makeup application are not permitted in our dressing room, restrooms, or shooting spaces. If you require a space for beauty prep, we recommend booking our Beauty Room for your needs.

Treat the studio with respect, as if it were your own. Do not make alterations or modifications to the studio space without prior permission.

Smoking/Open flame, no smoking or open flame is allowed inside the studio or on the premises. No Exceptions!

Prioritize safety, follow safety guidelines, and report concerns immediately. Lock the studio when not in use and secure personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
