  • Cleaning Fee (if not returned to normal state*): $500
     

  • *We're a small team to cater to all of our clients' needs and respect the neighborhood. We ask you to returned the studio as it was found, or the cleaning fee will be incurred.
    To avoid fee (brooms, mops, and dust pans provided) floors swept must remove trash no overflowing dumpsters, must be cleaned up studio parking and driving areas must be cleared.
